Today (October 24) is the birthday of veteran actress, Florence Onuma. She is an indigene of Imo State (Nigeria). She attended Akabo Girls Secondary School, Owerri (Nigeria). She studied Theatre Arts at the University of Jos, Jos (Nigeria). She began acting professionally in 1994. She has featured in many Nigerian movies, some of which are True Sacrifice, Cross My Heart, No More Love, Tears of a Saint, The Accursed, Oath of a Priest, and Emotional Blackmail. She is reknowned for her motherly roles, in many of the movies, in which she has featured.
