A behind-the-scene video of the movie HoodRush, has been released. HoodRush is a musical directed by Dimeji Ajibola, which features Bimbo Akintola, OC Ukeje, Gabriel Afolayan, Chelsea Eze, Ijeoma Agu, and Bolanle Ninolowo. The BTS video contains revealing interviews with cast and crew members.
Speaking in his interview, Dimeji Ajibola (the director) observed that people are quick to criticize Nollywood movies because they do not know what Nollywood film-makers go through. He said Nollywood film-makers operate in a hostile environment, which affects the quality of the movies which they produce. According to him, he experienced this firsthand, but against the odds, he ensured that the quality of his movie, HoodRush, was not comprised.
In his own interview, OC Ukeje said he was initially sceptical about the movie, because several movies, which had toed the same line had fallen flat. However, he said that when he heard the music, which would be used in the movie, he was really surprised and amazed.
