A book written by Nollywood veteran, Charles Novia, titled Nollywood Till November: Memoirs of a Nollywood Insider, has been published by AuthorHouse. The book is a memoir, in which the veteran producer recounts various experiences, from his career in Nollywood.
In the book, the veteran film producer recounts the experience of shooting movies such as When Love Dies, Real Love, I Will Die For You, Missing Angel, and The Bridesmaid. His accounts are spiced with interesting anecdotes about popular actors such as RMD, Stella Damasus, Ramsey Nouah, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Genevieve Nnaji, and Desmond Elliot.
The writer devotes a chapter in his book to the formation of the moribund Filmmakers Co-operative of Nigeria, and the attempt to break the stranglehold of the major film marketers. He also devotes a chapter to the partnership with Ecobank, which led to the formation of Project Nollywood Limited.
