Today (July 15) is the birthday of award winning actor, Okechukwu Chukwudi Ukeje, popularly known as O.C Ukeje. He was born July 15, 1981 in Lagos (Nigeria). He attended Federal Government College, Ijanikin for his secondary school education. He attended the University of Lagos, where he studied Marine Science.
O.C Ukeje started acting in 2001, while he was still in the university. He shot to limelight in 2006, when he emerged as the winner of the Amstel Malta Box Office (AMBO) reality TV show. In 2008, the African Movie Academy Award (AMAA) for Best Upcoming Actor. He has featured in numerous stage plays and movies. Some of the movies, which he has appeared in are White Waters, Black November, and Two Brides and a Baby.
