The trailer of a new movie, Okon Goes To School has been released. It is the sequel to the 2011 movie, Okon Lagos. It was produced by Uduak Isong Oguamanam, and it was directed by Lancelot Imasuen. It stars Moses Amstrong, Bishop Imeh Umoh, Obonganwan James, and Archie Sam.
Okon Goes To School is likely to start showing at cinemas in Uyo (Akwa-Ibom State) in July. DVD sales will come much later in the year. Okon Goes To School is partly in Ibibio.
The Story
After Okon, an eccentric hunter, wastes a fortune on wine and women, he enrols in university to learn money management. What he doesn’t bargain for is cultism and women trouble. And what school doesn’t bargain for is Okon and his crazy antics.
