Top Nollywood actresses, Genevieve Nnaji and Stephanie Okereke will be appearing in an upcoming film, Doctor Bello, alongside Hollywood stars such as Isaiah Washington, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and Vivica Fox. The crew of the movie were recently in Nigeria, to shoot on location in Idanre.
Also appearing in this major film, are Justus Esiri, Jide Kosoko, and Akeem Rahman. Doctor Bello is directed by Tony Abulu, and it is the first film financed in part by the intervention fund for the arts and entertainment industry administered by the NEXIM bank. In the movie, the cure for cancer has been found in the Sky Mountains of Africa and an American oncologist must risk everything to extract it.
